Penjelasan Singkat

Dalam permainan Mario Party 8, Sugar Rush adalah minigame yang memungkinkan dua tim berisi dua pemain atau dua pemain bermain tunggal. Tujuan dari permainan ini adalah untuk mengulangi desain kue yang telah disajikan oleh Koopa Troopa (atau Mii) sebagai pengembang kue.

Cara Bermain

Pemain harus menempatkan topping kue pada posisi yang tepat untuk menciptakan kue yang sama seperti yang diberikan oleh Koopa Troopa. Jika pemain meletakkan topping pada posisi yang salah, maka mereka harus mengembalikan topping tersebut dan menempatkannya pada posisi yang benar. Tim atau pemain pertama yang berhasil menciptakan dua kue sebelum tim atau pemain lainnya adalah pemenang.

Konklusi

Setiap kali tim atau pemain menang, mereka akan melakukan pose kemenangan di belakang meja dengan dua kue yang telah dibuat. Candles pada kue akan dinyalakan, dan kamera akan membuat putaran 360° searah jarum jam di sekitar meja (hanya tersedia dalam versi 2-vs.-2 dalam Mode Partai).
