SANTIN Armor ROM - Android 4.4.4 ONLY MT6752 ROM

SoCr@Te, a member since May 15, 0470, has listed this ROM download package for the SANTIN Armor device. The official version is SANTIN_ARMOR_V2.1 with ARMOR-user 4.4.4 KTU84P and Gapps included.

To install the ROM, follow these steps:

  1. Unpack FlashTools and click on Flash_tool.exe.
  2. Select "scatter-Loading" and search for MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in the ROM package.
  3. Wait for the file to be added into Flash Tool.
  4. Select "Download Only" or "Firmware upgrade" depending on your needs.
  5. Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if removable), and replace it after a few seconds without turning on the phone.
  6. Press the "Download" button to start the process and connect your phone via USB data cable.
  7. Follow the progress bar as it changes from red to purple, yellow, and finally green circles.
  8. Once complete, you can safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Acer Liquid Jade S56 ROM - Android 4.4.4 ONLY MT6752 ROM

SoCr@Te has also listed this ROM download package for the Acer Liquid Jade S56 device. The official version is Acer_AV0K0_S56_RV01RC21_EMEA_GEN1 with 2BU001_V1.03_PCB - S56_EMEA_GEN1-user 4.4.4 KTU84P and Gapps included.

To install this ROM, follow the same steps as above.

CUBE T7 Firmware Upgrade

For users of the CUBE T7 device, an upgrade firmware is available to change the app installation capacity from 2G to 4G. Although this is a Chinese device, it's possible to install the firmware without much difficulty if you can read some Chinese.

To download the firmware, go to http://www.51cube.com/ch/DownShow.asp?ID=353.

Once downloaded, extract the files and follow these steps:

  1. Change ROM/MT6752_Android_scatter.txt to scatter_4G.

  2. Select "Download Only" or "Firmware upgrade".

  3. Press the "Download" button to start the process.

  4. Connect your phone via USB data cable in the off state (with the volume down button pressed).

  5. Follow the progress bar as it changes, and wait for completion.
