Dalam rangka persiapan kegiatan Assemblée Générale des Sociétés d’Etat (AG-SE) yang akan dihelat pada tanggal 22-23 Juni 2023, Direktorat Jenderal Promosi Bisnis (DGPE) bersama-sama dengan Departemen Komersial telah menyelesaikan laporan kinerja 19 perusahaan BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara).

Menurut sumber yang terpercaya, Monsieur Oumarou BARRO, Direktur Jenderal Promosi Bisnis, merasa sangat puas dengan proses penyusunan laporan kinerja tersebut. Laporan ini berisi informasi tentang keberhasilan dan tantangan 19 perusahaan BUMN dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pelaku utama di bidang ekonomi.

Dalam sambutan ini, DGPE juga telah menggelar pertemuan dengan administratur yang mewakili pemerintah untuk membagikan pengalaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bagi BUMN. Pertemuan tersebut telah dihelat pada tanggal 14 April 2023 dan dihadiri oleh beberapa pejabat tinggi dari Departemen Komersial, termasuk Monsieur Fidèle ILBOUDO, Sekretaris Jenderal.

Laporan kinerja ini juga berisi informasi tentang passation of charge sebagai Direktur Jenderal Promosi Bisnis yang dilakukan oleh Monsieur Oumarou BARRO. Pasangan tersebut telah diadakan pada tanggal 31 Maret 2023 dan dihadiri oleh beberapa pejabat tinggi dari Departemen Komersial, termasuk Sekretaris Jenderal.

Selain itu, laporan kinerja ini juga berisi informasi tentang kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh CC-SE (Cadre de concertation des sociétés d’Etat) sebagai forum diskusi dan kerjasama antara BUMN. Kegiatan tersebut telah dihelat pada tanggal 15 Maret 2023 dan dihadiri oleh beberapa pejabat tinggi dari Departemen Komersial, termasuk Monsieur Rabiou CISSE.

Dalam kesempatan ini, kami juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh tim yang telah berkontribusi dalam penyusunan laporan kinerja 19 perusahaan BUMN. Kami berharap laporan tersebut akan menjadi acuan bagi keberhasilan dan tantangan BUMN di masa depan.

Goverrance of State-Owned Enterprises: AG-SE Scheduled for June 22-23, 2023

The Ministry of Commerce has completed the report on the performance of 19 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in preparation for the 31st session of the Assemblée Générale des Sociétés d’Etat (AG-SE), which will be held on June 22-23, 2023.

According to reliable sources, Monsieur Oumarou BARRO, Director General of Promotion of Enterprises, expressed satisfaction with the progress made by the Secretariat Technical Team. The report includes information on the performance of the 19 SOEs and serves as a benchmark for their future success and challenges.

Sharing Experience between State Representatives: Third Meeting Held

The Ministry of Commerce held its third meeting on April 14, 2023, to share experiences among state representatives representing the government in the management of public enterprises. The meeting was chaired by Monsieur Fidèle ILBOUDO, Secretary General.

Two (2) communications were delivered by Monsieur Oumarou BARRO, Director General of Promotion of Enterprises. The meeting provided a platform for sharing experiences and best practices among state representatives, as well as for discussing the challenges faced by SOEs.

Transfer of Power: Monsieur Oumarou BARRO Takes Reins of DGPE

On April 1, 2023, Monsieur Oumarou BARRO, Counselor of Economic Affairs, was appointed Director General of Promotion of Enterprises (DGPE). The transfer of power took place on March 31, 2023, at the Ministry of Commerce.

Monsieur BARRO promised to lead the DGPE with a strong team and work closely with all stakeholders to achieve its goals.
