Casino Experience Gone Wrong: A Review of the Hustler Casino
May 5, 2019
Gambling should be an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, my visit to the Hustler Casino was marred by poor service, unprofessional behavior from some staff members, and a generally unpleasant atmosphere.
To start with, I was not impressed by the use of computer-generated "random numbers" for card distribution in paigow games. It seemed like the dealer always got the best hands, which is suspicious to say the least. The dice used to be an advantage, but now it seems like they've rigged the system to give themselves an edge.
But what really took away from my experience was the behavior of some staff members. One worker in particular tried to force his eye contact on me and would often try to engage me in conversation despite being clear that I wasn't interested. Another staff member, who shall remain nameless, had fake breasts and an ever-expanding gut, and would often try to force her boring chatter on me and my friends.
It's not just the staff, though. The casino itself has some dumb rules, such as having to relinquish a hand if someone else wants to play at the table. It may seem like a small thing, but it can be frustrating when you're in the middle of a game and have to give up your hand for no good reason.
And then there's the issue with the dealers themselves. I've noticed that around 50% of them don't know what they're doing or how to pay out a winning hand. You have to be vigilant and know the payouts yourself, which can be stressful and take away from the overall experience.
Some dealers are nice, like Franklin, but unfortunately, they're outnumbered by the ones who are not so skilled or knowledgeable. And when you do win, there's always a chance that the dealer will take your money even though you've won the hand.
One positive aspect of my visit was the food and beverage service. The casino offers a wide range of options, including Asian soups, which I tried. Unfortunately, some of them had an unpleasant odor, to say the least.
Overall, I've noticed that the Hustler Casino has gone downhill in recent years. The service is poor, the staff can be unprofessional, and the atmosphere is not pleasant. While it may still have its fans, I would not recommend this casino to anyone looking for a good experience.
Cleaning Issues
I've also had issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the Hustler Casino. One time, I saw the cleaning lady, Maria, using her broomstick to open a bathroom door. When I pointed out that it wasn't sanitary, she became aggressive and told me that most customers open bathroom doors with their feet. However, I've never seen anyone do this, and it seemed like she was just trying to justify her behavior.
Another issue I have is that Maria seems to be the only cleaning lady who is aggressive and rude. The other cleaning ladies are friendly and nice, which makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes.
Additionally, I've noticed that Maria often locks some of the bathrooms at night, leaving them inaccessible until morning. It's not just one or two bathrooms, but several. This seems like an inefficient way to clean the casino, and it also raises questions about whether she is truly doing her job to the best of her ability.
Ambiance
Finally, I want to mention the ambiance of the casino. While it's loud and busy, which is typical of any decent casino, there are some major issues with the cleanliness and maintenance. The entire place smells like sweat and must, similar to an old dirty gym locker room. It's not just one area or one section that has this problem, but the entire casino.
The only clean area I've found is in the very back of the casino, which is closed off for live streaming events. However, even there, the smell of sweat and must lingers.
Overall, my experience at the Hustler Casino was not positive. While it may have its fans, I would not recommend this casino to anyone looking for a good experience.
