San Fernando, La Union, berada di samping Menara Saya yang terletak di Naval Station Ernesto Ogbinar (sebelumnya Wallace Air Station). Resort ini dipimpin oleh dewan independen direktur yang dipimpin oleh direktur Roberto de Ocampo. Resort ini dikelola oleh Peter LeSar, presiden dan CEO interim serta chief financial officer.

Resort ini berada di sekitaran Thunderbird Residences, yang diresmikan pada Oktober 2010. Satu unit model, Athena, salah satu dari 10 rumah pantai atau villa (dalam kontrak sewa) yang menghadap lobi utama hotel.
