Winning isn't the problem but withdrawal, oh lord shakes thy head with disapproval. Best bingo and slots I've experienced in terms of wins. I joined the casino when it 1st started with its incentives being out of this world. I won 5k on Slots O gold, 5k on Superman Slots, and oh baby Fruit Burst was my go to. But it's easy to get your account blocked and the longer you stay, the harder it's to gain bonuses.

Wow great site, I made some comments in chat, so they froze my account, I had to make contact & it was just to check in on me, I mean that’s great customer service. Account was reactivated after a chat and great friendly advisor.. great USP for a site thanks.

I lost £7000 in one month then one small winning, s they won't let me withdrawal, gave all the documents they asked for, once they are send then they ask more until you don't have something with you. Please don't deposit, they will never come back even if you win, it's a guaranteed loss.

Sent a bank statement and they said they can't pay me because it doesn't have my address on it even though I have already verified my address and sent a second proof of address, they have just ignored my request to get my money back.

Tanggal Pengalaman: 27 April 2021 Terrible service! It is unbelievable the amount of information that they require to ascertain one’s source of wealth and keep on wanting more and more information whilst refusing to pay out one’s winnings. I think they now know my life history and still want more.
Tanggal Pengalaman: 9 April 2022 I wrote a review about 2 years ago. It has been removed without my permission. So here is another 1 out of 5. Not a good company in my opinion. The 3 star rating is so “high” because they have them removed.
Tanggal Pengalaman: 9 November 2021 I have been waiting since 11/9/21 and…update.. this has now been paid to me. Thanks I have been waiting since 11/9/21 and 12/9/21 for my withdrawals which are still in the waiting process.. I was asked to send verification of my drivers license which I sent and was told it had expired. I sent it away for renewal and received it back approximately 7/12/21 and since then I’ve sent the required information with no response on several occasions. There’s no other way to contact them except the email which I’ve had no reply to. I was owed £350 so hopefully they’ll do the right thing and release it but not holding much hope anymore.
