Living with high blood pressure may seem like no big deal but many people don’t realize that it can effect your entire body. This juice has quite a bit of celery which lowers your blood pressure because of the high calcium content. This juice is full of nutrient goodness like potassium, magnesium, and fiber, all of which have been linked to lowered blood pressure.
