I seem to be slightly hypoglycemic during pregnancy so I especially had to watch what I ate first thing in the morning. Overtime this is what leads to Metabolic Syndrome (high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, excess abdominal fat). Each pregnancy has been easier than the last in terms of morning sickness as we’ve transitioned more and more to healthy foods.
