Generally people have the tendency of ignoring low blood pressure and they never take it seriously.
The main symptoms of low blood pressure are tiredness, weakness, unclear vision, yellowness in the skin, body become scold, feeling of depression, and feeling of vomiting, feeling thirsty again and again and heavy breathing.
Lack of water or blood in the body, Vomiting, Dengue, Malaria, Heart problem , infection, too much blood loss from the body, lung attack, or damage in the valves of the heart are some of the common causes of lox blood pressure in the body. Women ranging from t5he age of 15 to 40 years also have low BP due to lower levels of estrogens and progesterone hormones in their body, but it is not considered as low BP because it happens due to hormonal imbalance. After menopause these women can also suffer from high BP because after menopause these hormones stop being secreted in our body.
Spinach, methi (fenugreek seeds), gourd, round gourd and green vegetables are considered to be very good for low blood pressure patients.
If the cholesterol is not high along with low blood pressure then you should eat a little bit of ghee, butter and cream of milk. In the night soak 5 almonds and in the morning empty stomach eat one of the soaked  almonds with  one black pepper and while eating chew them for at least 2-3 minutes.
Early in the morning after getting fresh empty stomach drink this water and after that eat black grams and currants, after half an hour drink tea. For low BP these asana are very beneficial: Anulom- vilom, Bhastrika, Ujjayi pranayam, kapalbharti, Uttampadaasna, Kati chakrasana, Pawanmukta asana, Boat pose or nauka asana, Frog pose or manduka asana and doing cycling while lying on your back on the floor is good for controlling BP. Take a towel or some cotton cloth and dip it in water and fold it into a strip which is 4-5 inches in width. The glycemic index (GI) is a standard that determines how fast a food raises blood sugar, which stimulates insulin production and weight gain.

Once you understand why eating this way is so important, you will be empowered to make necessary healthy changes. After adopting the eat every three hours, small portioned controlled, low glycemic meals from the time you get up in the morning until you go to bed strategy. Now that I have made it through the first trimester of three pregnancies, I feel like I’ve learned a LOT about coping with morning sickness (which, for me, was rarely just in the morning). Coming off of four years of college food (dining hall food + fast food) and still being in early marriage (lots of home cooking but also a good bit of fast food too), my body was not at a very healthy place when I got pregnant.
Our family started to change our eating habits shortly after Vera’s birth (Thanks, Food, Inc. Before getting pregnant the second time, I did a day of freezer cooking to help feed our family when I was sick in the first trimester.
All of these things I changed must have helped, since I only threw up once with that whole pregnancy (and it may have been slight food poisoning instead of morning sickness).
I knew I was pregnant with #3 when early in January I started despising food (thinking about food! I swore off sugar, ate lots of beans for lunch, ate almonds all day long so I didn’t get hungry, and avoided almost all processed foods. Eat healthy snacks throughout the day (yogurt, hummus, veggies, fruit, nuts, dried fruit, oatmeal again, leftover beef roast, whatever). Even though this feels counter-intuitive, especially if you’ve been throwing up, you HAVE to eat. The exhaustion is to be expected when nearing the end of pregnancy, caring for other kids, and (to top it off) moving!
This blog shares our family's story and our journey from newlyweds to a family of six (so far!). Self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) is often the only sure way to detect hyperglycemia. Please check with your personal physician on what blood glucose target values are right for you and your condition.
Sometimes the liver releases too much glucose in the early morning hours when your blood glucose is at its lowest or when low blood glucose occurs in the middle of the night. Insulin lowers your blood glucose level and you want to make sure your glucose doesn't fall too low overnight.
In all cases, be sure to keep a record of your self-monitoring results to share with your doctor.
Avoid eating too much carbohydrate in a single meal because this may cause high glucose results. Although great care has been taken in compiling and checking the information, Johnson and Johnson Ltd., and its associates shall not be responsible, or in any way liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in this publication whether arising from negligence or otherwise however, or for any consequence arising there from. Along with this they have some misconceptions too related to low blood pressure and they never realise that if low blood pressure is not treated properly it can give rise to serious complications too. Some kind of internal bleeding, lack of healthy and nutritious diet or irregular eating habits might also result in low BP. People who do rigorous exercises daily like sports person who do excessive exercises regularly have low BP generally , but again it is  not considered as low BP.

In fruits they should eat more of pomegranate, guava, apple, banana, peaches and grapes; these are healthy fruits which keep blood pressure under control.
Eat a lot of milk and milk products and kesar which are good for cont6rolling low blood pressure. Boil all these ingredients together and drink it with one teaspoon of honey in the morning and the evening.
Now spread a mat and on that mat keep this strip and now you also lie on this strip lengthwise. You can do this in the morning or in the night or any suitable time, but it is better to do this before going to sleep.
As someone who also deals heavily with ALL DAY sickness, I found there was a huge difference in how I felt just by constantly keeping food in my system.
A friend of mine shared Karen Hurd’s theory on beans with me TODAY and then I found this on pinterest tonight. My husband and I have always eaten healthy, homemade meals and even the thought of anything sugary makes me sick when pregnant, and I faithfully throw up from week 5 to week 17 or beyond. After 15-20 minutes you can eat your breakfast .This will effectively keep your BP in control.
Just remember that the strip should be so much wide in breadth that it should cover your spine fully.
You can do this in any season of the year and if you do it continuously for 45 days the problem of blood pressure will go away. You eat every three hours, small portioned controlled, low glycemic meals from the time you get up in the morning until you go to bed.
I seem to be slightly hypoglycemic during pregnancy so I especially had to watch what I ate first thing in the morning. Your daily calories should be approximately 50% low-glycemic carbohydrates, 25% healthy, lean protein, and 25% healthy fats. Our body can only utilize so many calories at one time. When we eat that big meal, the body uses what it needs for energy and the rest is stored as……………you guessed it, FAT! Eating a large meal causes our blood sugars to spike, so our body produces more insulin. The role of insulin is to help move the glucose from the foods we consume into our cells. I was MUCH less sick (only threw up 4 times total, where as with Adalynn, it was common to do that every day), but I think this contributed to my diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes (that and the fact that I’m still on the campus meal plan you described above, haha). Since becoming diabetic, I have started a high protein, low carb diet and I’ve honestly never felt better.
Overtime this is what leads to Metabolic Syndrome (high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, excess abdominal fat). Each pregnancy has been easier than the last in terms of morning sickness as we’ve transitioned more and more to healthy foods.
I’m interested to see how my 1st trimester goes with my next pregnancy when I maintain a high protein diet!
