Any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Outline Foundation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, and may be conducted by telephone, video conference, or written submissions as determined by the arbitrator.
You may choose to opt-out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

Class Action Waiver - Disputes will be handled individually and not as part of a class action or group proceeding.
