Before beginning with the study, we require to read the consent information below.
This study is conducted by Markus Mobius (Microsoft Research) and Lukas Bolte (Stanford). We would like you to participate in a study that will help us understand how people make daily decisions and collaborate. The research advances knowledge of economic behavior associated with teams and communication.
In today’s study, we will ask you to read some fictional short news and make a sequence of economic decisions based on what you read.

The study does not involve deception of any kind, nor physical discomfort. The study poses no more than minimal risk. There are no losses involved in participating in this study.
Others may ultimately benefit from the knowledge obtained in this study.
Any information that is obtained in connection with this study and that can be identified with you will remain confidential. Data with identifying information will be destroyed at the end of the study, and data without identifying information will be kept for five years for recordkeeping purposes. Records will be kept confidential to the extent provided by federal, state, and local law. However, the Institutional Review Board or university and government officials responsible for monitoring this study may inspect these records. You have the right to request the destruction or modification of your data, to deny us usage of your data, or to obtain data we have collected from your HIT at any time by contacting us using the information below.
