You will be randomly assigned one of two roles (A or B). You are paired with the other role participant in this experiment and will make decisions on economic behavior. The decision-making is done through the computer console. Thus, you cannot know who your pair is.

In this experiment you will make decisions with experimental money. The conversion rate of experimental money into real money is: 10 experiment credits = £0.50 real money. We will randomly select one of the scenarios you have played and exchange the experimental money you earn in this scenario for real money. This will be your performance payment and will be paid in addition to the edible reward you receive for just turning up.

In this game player A chooses how to split 100 experiment credits between the two roles. Player A then offers this split to player B, and player B chooses to either accept or reject the offer. If player B accepts this offer they both earn the offered split, but if player B chooses to reject the offer both players receive 0.

PLAYER A INSTRUCTIONS <br>
- The participant in player A will receive 100 experiment credits to split between the two participants.<br>
- Player A will choose the value X which they would like to offer to role B. Player A would keep 100 - X.<br>
- Player A can offer anything, in increments of 1 from 0 to 100.

PLAYER B INSTRUCTIONS
- Player B will wait as player A makes their decision. Whilst player B is waiting for player A they will respond to 11 offers to indicate the offers they would want to either accept or reject. <br>
- After indicating their preferences, player B will recieve the offer from player A. They will have the option to 'accept' or 'reject'. <br>
- If player B accepts the offer then player A will attain 100 - X, and player B will attain X.

Example One:
<br>
- Player A offers X to player B. <br>
- Player B accepts the offer. <br>
- Player B has won X points and player A has won (100-X)
Example Two:
<br>
-Player A offers Y to player B. <br>
-Player B rejects the offer. <br>
-Because the offer was rejected both participants receive 0 points.

You will play two rounds of this game. You will have a different partner each time, but your role will remain the same. 
<br> <br>
