        <span style="font-style: italic;">At first, we would like you to read the following information carefully and confirm your consent. 
        Your consent is necessary for you to participate in this study.</span>
    </p>
    
    <p>
        I hereby confirm that I am at least 18 years old, and I would like to voluntarily 
        participate in this study.       
        I understand that the study takes an estimated time of 20 minutes
        and I will be paid an Mturk reward of $1.00. Additionally, I can earn up to $7.20 as additional payment 
        ($2.00 will be given as a completion payment, 
        $0.50 will be given for answering all check questions correctly, 
        and additional payments for decisions during the study can be up to $4.70 more). 
        I can use my completion payment at certain points. In that case, 
        the spent money will be deducted from my completion payment at the end of study. 
    </p>

    <p>
        I understand that there are time restrictions to finish each page. 
        I have to read, make any decision, and submit each page by pressing “Next” 
        before the allotted time expires. 
        I will always be informed of these limits, 
        and I will be warned when there are 25 seconds left. 
        These time limits allow enough time for careful reading and conscious decision making. 
        If a time limit is reached, the study will automatically be terminated and I won't be paid
        the Mturk reward nor any additional payment.  
    </p>

    <p>
        I understand that there is no deception in this study.
        All data will be collected and saved anonymously, it will be impossible to link my decisions
        and actions in the study with my personal information. 
        The data may be combined with data from previous and future studies, 
        and can be stored in a public repository. 
        The anonymized data will be used exclusively for research and teaching purposes, 
        and saved for a minimum of 10 years.
    </p>

    <p>
        I understand that I am free to discontinue participation at any time 
        during the study without providing a reason. Nonetheless, if I withdraw from the study, 
        I will forgo any payments.

        I understand that I may request my data to be deleted up to one week after the end 
        of the study without providing a reason. (To initiate this process, please write to 
        <span class="text-success">online-study@awi.uni-heidelberg.de</span> referring to 
        the following code: <span class="text-success">"{{ player.code1 }}"</span>. 
        If you do not write this code down, it will be impossible, due to the anonymous storage procedures, 
        to identify and delete your data.)
