  <br><b>Survey About Decision-Making Between People (IRB-FY2021-4943)</b><br>

  Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! This study is being conducted by researchers at New York University (NYU) and Columbia University.<br>

    <br> The goal of this study is to understand how people make decisions. First, you will answer a few questions about yourself.
    Next, you will participate in activities with other people.
    Finally, you will see pictures of different people and answer questions about them. <br>
<br>

    As part of this survey, you will have the opportunity to <b>earn up to $2.00. </b>
    This is <b>in addition to the $3.00 </b>you will receive for completing this study.
    Your earnings will depend on the choices you and the other people make in the activities. <br>

    <br>
The survey is expected to take <b> approximately 15-20 minutes, </b>
    and you must complete the survey in one sitting.
    Your session will time out 45 minutes after starting the survey. <br>

    <br>
    This survey is not collecting your name or other personally identifying information;
    as a result, the researchers will not be able to link you, personally,
    with your responses to the survey. Your responses to the survey will be kept private and confidential.
    Information not containing identifiers may be used in future research, shared with other researchers,
    or placed in a data repository without your additional consent. <br>

    Participation in this study is voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw at
    any point without penalty. <br>
