Example {{ player.order_index3 }}:

The activity starts with each participant receiving §10 in a private account.

In this example, two participants each contribute §10 to the common pool and keep §0 in their private accounts. The other two each contribute §0 to the common pool and keep §10 in their private accounts.

In total, participants contributed §20 to the common pool. The researchers double this amount, bringing the common pool to §40. These §40 are divided evenly among all participants, regardless of their personal contributions. As a result, each participant receives §10 from the common pool. The participants who contributed §10 to the common pool each earn §10 in total. The participants who contributed §0 to the common pool each earn §20 in total (§10 from the private accounts and §10 from the common pool).
