We are asking you to participate in a research study. This form will give you some information about the study. Please read this form carefully.

  1. Project Description

    2. In this study you will play several variations of the Dobble Card-Pairs game, in which you see a pair of cards and have to spot the symbol common to both.

    At the end of the study, you will be asked to provide some feedback about your experience. This study is part of a research being conducted with the goal of publication in academic journals and presentation at academic conferences.

  2. Risks and Benefits
    1. Your participation in this study does not involve any physical or emotional risk to you beyond the risks of daily life.
    2. You have the right to discontinue participation at any time for any reason; but if you do, you will forfeit your payoff.
    3. The potential benefit of the study is a better scientific understanding of people’s decision making.
  3. Confidentiality

    4. We do not have access to your identity, nor do we have any need to know it. Hence, your privacy will be maintained in all published and written data resulting from this study. All data collected will be analyzed in an aggregate form.
