<p>In this task, you will be randomly matched with another participant in this research session. Neither of you will ever know the identity of the other. The money that you earn will be paid to you at the end of the session, exactly according to the rules explained below.</p>

<p>Two possible monetary payment options (option A and option B) are available to you and the other participant in this task. It will be your job to choose which option you and the other participant will be paid based on. However, you will not know, now or later, the exact payment amounts in each option. Instead, you will receive a message from the other participant that will contain some information about the payments. You will have no way to verify if that information is correct before or after you choose the payment option. </p>
