                <center><h4 class="panel-sub-heading"> Structure of this study </h4> </center> <br>

        <li><p align="justify">Each player in this study will be assigned either of the two roles: <strong>Green</strong> or <strong>Yellow</strong>. This role
        will be fixed for the entire duration of the study.</p></li>


        <li><p align="justify">Below we describe these roles. Please follow the picture below while reading the instructions</p></li>
        <ul>
                    <li> Each <strong>Green player</strong>  is paired with one <strong>Yellow player</strong>  for one round only.</li> <br>

            <li> Each <strong>Green player</strong>  will perform a task for his/her <strong>Yellow player</strong>. <strong>Green player's</strong> performance affects
                        earnings for the <strong>Yellow player</strong>. </li>  <br>

                   <li> The <strong>Yellow player</strong> then chooses the amount of money to pay to their <strong>Green player</strong> for that particular
                       round.</li></br>

            <li> <strong>Yellow player</strong> is required to pay the <strong>Green player</strong> out of a separate pot of money worth $2. They have to decide how to
                split $2 between their <i>own</i> <strong>Green Player</strong> and a random <i>other</i> <strong>Green player</strong>. If there is any money left
                in the pot, then that goes back to us, the researchers.</li></br>

            <li> Importantly, note this separate pot of money is <i>separate</i> from <strong>Yellow player's</strong> own earnings.</li></br>


                </ul>

        <li><p align="justify">This study consists of 12 rounds.</p></li>
    <ul>

        <li><p align="justify">You have been assigned the role of a <strong>Yellow player</strong>. You will be paired with a
            different <strong>Green player</strong> in each of those rounds.  In particular, you will be asked to
        pay and evaluate the performance of <strong>Green player</strong> in each of the 12 rounds.</p></li>

        <li><p align="justify"> Next page will provide you with details of the task that the <strong>Green player</strong> will perform for you and how it
            relates to the outcome.</p></li>

        <li> The figure below illustrates the structure of each round. </li>  <br>

               <br> <center><h4 class="panel-sub-heading"> What you will be asked to do </h4> </center> <br>

        <ul>

        <li><p align="justify"> You will be paired with 12 different <strong>Green players</strong> for the 12 different rounds.</p></li>

            <li><p align="justify"> For each round, you will see earnings that the <strong>Green player</strong> 'produced' for you. We will then ask you
                to 1) pay the Green player from a separate pot of money from the earnings and 2) answer some questions related to their performance. </p></li>

            <li><p align="justify"> Apart from the earnings that the <strong>Green player</strong> produced for you, you can earn more depending on
                how you answer the questions related to their performance. Your total earnings in a round will then be sum of the two.</p></li>

        <li><p align="justify">In the end, we will randomly select one of these several rounds and the money you earn
         will be equal to your earnings for that round  plus the $1.00 for completion of the study. Since any round may count for
         your total earnings, <strong>please play each round carefully.</strong></li>
