            Please read the following very carefully.

        <p>
            In the following task you will make a series of decisions across multiple rounds. You will exchange Monetary Units (short: MU) between you and different participants, who will remain anonymous. Each MU is worth 0.05 cents (60 MU = $3.00). You will play a total of 4 blocks, and you will be paid an extra bonus from 2 randomly selected rounds. This means that the maximum you can make as an extra bonus in this task is $6.00.

                    You will be making decisions as the Sender, and the participants that you interact with make decisions as Responders. These are people who already participated, yet their earnings depend on your decisions. 
                </li>

                
                <li>
                    Responders are from the same group as you, or from a different group. Groups are identified by different colors. Your group is shown in <strong>Green</strong>. The other group is shown in <strong>Purple</strong>.
                </li>
                

                <li>
                    Within your own group, and in the other group, there are different types of responders, which we identify with a symbol. 
                </li>

                <li>
                    During decision making, you will see the symbol that identifies the responder type, along with the color that identifies the responder as being from your own group, or from a different group. You yourself have an identifier symbol in <strong>Green</strong>. 
                </li>

        </div>

    <p>
        <strong> Investment Decisions </strong>
    </p>

    <p>
        On each investment round, you are paired to a Responder identified by symbol and color. You will start each round with a 20 MU endowment. You will then decide how many of the 20 MU to send to the Responder (between 0 MU and 20 MU in steps of 1).
    </p>

    <p>
        Every MU that you transfer will be tripled. For example, if you transfer 5 MU to the Responder, then this will turn into 15 MU for them.
    </p>
    
    <p>
        You will then be shown how much the Responder decided to transfer back to you. For example, if you transfer 5 MU to the Responder, then this will turn into 15 MU for the Responder. The Responder decides to transfer back any amount between 0 MU and 15 MU to you.
    </p>
