<p><b>Description</b>: You participate in a research study on individual decision-making. You will
be asked to read instructions on screen, answer questions, and make several choices which determine the amount you are going to be paid.
</p>
<p><b>Participant rights</b>: If you have read this form and have decided to participate in this project,
please understand that your participation is voluntary and that you have the right to discontinue
participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. Your right to receive a show-up fee of 4€ is preserved even when discontinuing the experiment.
</p>
<p><b>Payoff</b>: You must answer questions and make decisions in full to receive your payoff.</p>
<p><b>Data protection</b>: All statements are made anonymously, and your individual privacy is maintained in all published data
resulting from the study. Data generated will be analyzed by researchers of the Cologne Laboratory for Economic Research (CLER)
as well as further authorized researchers, and are stored on a secure server to which only authorized people have access. </p></br>

 <p>I understand that I may contact the supervisor of this experiment if I require further information about the research,
and that I may contact the supervisor of this experiment or the Ethics Commission in charge if I wish to make a complaint
 related to my involvement in the research.</p></br>
