    Dear Participant, welcome to our experiment. <b>Please pay attention to the information provided here and make your
    decisions carefully. If at any time you have questions, please <u>raise your hand</u> and we will <u>attend to
        you in private</u>.</b>

<p>
    Please note that unauthorized communication is prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule would force us to stop
    the experiment and you may be held liable for the cost incurred in this experiment. You have the right to withdraw
    from the study at any point in time, and if you decide to do so your payments earned will be forfeited.
</p>
<p>
    By participating in this study, you will be able to earn a considerable amount of money.
    The amount depends on the decisions you and other participants make.
</p>
<p>
    At the end of this session, this money will be paid to you privately and in cash. It would be contained in an
    envelope (indicated with your unique user ID) together with a payment receipt acknowledging that you have been
    given the correct payment amount.
</p>
<p>
    Each of you will be given <b>a unique user ID</b> and it <b>will be clearly stated on your computer screen</b>.
    At the end of the study, you will be asked to fill in your user ID and other information pertaining to your
    earnings from this study in the payment receipt. <b>Please fill in the correct user ID to make sure that you will
    get the correct amount of payment.</b>
</p>
<p>
    Your <b>anonymity will be preserved</b> for the study. You will only be identified by your user ID in our data
    collection. All information collected will <b>strictly be kept confidential</b> for the sole purpose of this study.
</p>
<p>
    The experiment consists of <b>three games</b>. You will be given the instructions and be informed of the rules later.
</p>
<p>
    There will also be a separate show-up fee of <b>{{ participation_fee }}</b> on top of your total earnings from the experiment.
