🚀 Payment Structure

After the whole experiment, you will be paid the total of the money you earned each round.
Each round, your pay will be determined by two things: the quality of the sample and potentially a penalty for the number of times there was revoting.
There will be 60 rounds in total, so you will decide which type of robot to send for 60 different samples.

0 points
= 10 cents 25 points
= 17 cents 50 points
= 22 cents 75 points
= 28 cents 100 points
= 34 cents

If a Sample Quality Score was 0 or 100, you would receive 10 cents or 32 cents respectively per sample. In practice, such extreme scores may never occur, but that represents the full range of possible pay.

1 vote 0 cent penalty
2 votes 5 cent penalty
3 votes 10 cent penalty
No decision
→ A random robot is sent		 15 cent penalty

Note: If the Research Team asks the Mission Commander to decide (i.e. the first vote results in no majority), the Mission Commander selects the robot with no revoting penalty applied.
