    Before you start with the task, there is something important that you need to know. That is, in the task one of you will be assigned to the role of manager, and the other person will be assigned to the role of subordinate. To determine who of you will be the manager and who will be the subordinate, we let the computer calculate and compare your scores on the leadership skills questionnaire you filled in at the beginning. A high score on this questionnaire is an indication that you have good leadership skills (Schumacher, 1990).
