<p>Thank you for participating in this 10-15 minute experiment. Just for participating,
you will earn $5. You may also earn an additional $10 based on the decisions you make
and random chance. This money will be paid to you at the end of the experiment. You
are free to withdraw from the experiment at any time with no penalty beyond the loss of
potential earnings.</p>

<p>In this experiment, you will make decisions in X tasks that, together with random chance,
determine whether you earn the $10 in addition to the $5 just for participating. At the end
of the experiment, one of the X tasks will be chosen as the paying task and you will be paid
based on the decision you made in that task as described below. The tasks are not linked
in any way. Your decisions in one task will not affect the potential payment in another task.</p>
