<p>Before the next round, <strong><u>please select one of your workers to promote to a higher position with better pay.</u></strong>
The promoted worker will complete the slider task for a longer duration (an <strong><u>additional 30 seconds</u></strong>
due to promotion) in the next round and receive a higher base pay.

<p>Recall, after knowing which worker is promoted, the two workers will both be presented with an <u><strong>outside job
    offer</strong></u> as an independent contractor.

<li>If a worker accepts the outside offer, they will no longer work for you in the next round. Instead,

<li>If a worker chooses to stay in their current group, they will continue working for you in the next round.</li>

choose to stay and work for you (as long as you unscramble at least 1 word).</p>
