{% extends "global/Page.html" %} {% load otree %} {% block title %} Your partner will never know your identity {% endblock %} {% block content %}
You are P2 and you are playing with P1 - who is a member of the COP present in this room.

We will not reveal the identity of P1, nor will we reveal your identity to P1.

You and P1 have each received {{Constants.endowment}} from an investor to support your individual businesses. P1 has been informed that he /she could make more money through joint investment with you. He /she has decided to send you a number of tokens of his/her choice.
{% if tripled_amount != 0 %}
For this investment, P1 has sent you {{group.sent_amount}}, which has been tripled to become {{tripled_amount}}. So, the total money in your account for this round is {{total_amount}}, which comes from the {{Constants.endowment}} from the investor and the {{tripled_amount}} received from P1.

In addition, P1 has requested that you send him/her {{group.amount_demanded}} out of the {{tripled_amount}} back. But you are not required to send back to P1 the requested amount. You can send back to P1 either TK.0, {{tripled_amount}}, or any amount in between TK.0 and {{tripled_amount}}. Remember you lose whatever you send to P1 and it becomes part of P1's money.

However, if you do not send back to P1 this requested amount of {{group.amount_demanded}}, then the computer will flip a coin. If the computer coin lands on heads, P1 receives only what you sent him/her, and you keep the remainder.

If the computer coin lands on tails, the computer will send P1 the entire {{group.amount_demanded}} he/she requested from you.

In addition, the computer will take an extra {{Constants.other_fine}} of your {{Constants.endowment}} from the investor as a fine for refusing to send back the full amount P1 requested. As this money will serve as a fine, it will be returned to the research study account and no player will receive this {{Constants.other_fine}}.
{% else %}

The total money in your account for this round is {{total_random}}, the sum of {{random_amount}} from P1, and {{Constants.endowment}} from the investor. You can send to P1 either TK.0, {{random_amount}}, or any amount in between TK.0 and {{random_amount}}. P1 will not know whether the amount he/she sent was tripled or turned to zero.

Remember you lose whatever you send to P1, and it becomes part of P1's money.
