    <p>As a student you have the tedious task of finding a parking spot in one of 4 available lots every morning for you 8 am class. There are 4 different lots to choose from or you can simply skip class and stay home. Lot <strong>A</strong> is in the center of campus and is the most desierable by everyone. Lots <strong>B & C</strong> are on opposite side of campus, left and rigth respectively, and are desierable to a most students. Lot <strong>D</strong> is off campus and the least desirable lost.
    </p>
    <p>Each lot has a maximum capacity of cars that can park there except for Lot D, which has unlimited parking. The cost of parking and capacity of the lots will be displayd each round while you decide on a place to park. 
    </p>
    <p>
        If a lot is over capacity, students will be chosen at random to leave the lot and attempt to repark or go home. Students asked to leave will incurr a $5 relocation fee. If this student chooses another lot that is also full, they will be assessed an additional $5 fee. 
    </p>
    <p>Examples: <br/> 
        <ul>
            <li>You successfully park on your first try. Your net gain is the value of the lot minus the cost of the parking permit. If you had a value of $40 fo rhtsi lot and the cost of parking is $15 your net gain is 40 - 15 = <strong>$25</strong> </li>
            <li>You could not get in the first lot you tried, but reparked and found a spot. Your net gain is the value of the lot where you eventually parked minus the cost of the parking permit and the $5 relocation fee. If you had a value of $40 for this lot and the cost of parking is $15, your net gain is 40 - 15 - 5 = <strong>$20</strong> </li>
            <li>You could not get in teh firs tlot you tried so you gave up and went home. Your net gain is the value of home minus $5 in relocation fee. If you had a home value of $15 your net gain is 15 - 5 = <strong>$10</strong> </li>
