        Instructions

    <p>
        Welcome to our experiment! In this experiment we want you to answer a couple of survey questions, for which you are being paid for. The experiment
		is being conducted by a research group at the University of St. Gallen. Your participation is completely voluntary. The following description of the 
		experiment should be easy to understand, and you should read it carefully. 
    </p>
    <p>
		For answering the short survey, we compensate you with a fixed participation fee of 3 EUR plus an additional payoff that is not the same for every
		participant. This individual payoff is determined by rolling a dice twice or more as soon as you are asked to. 
    </p>
    <p>
        The first and only the first throw of the dice decides on how much you receive extra. You can see the exact payoff from the below chart.
    </p>
	<p>
        The second throw or any further throw of the dice only serves to make sure that the die is working properly. Remember that only the first throw counts.
		In total you can earn between 3 EUR and 13 EUR today.
    </p>
	<p>
        The survey questions are not meant to test you and there are no right or wrong answers. It will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete the experiment.
		The structure is as follows:
    </p>
	
	<ol>
		<li>Short personal questionnaire</li>
		<li>Determination of additional compensation: throwing the dice</li>
		<li>One additional personal questionnaire</li>
	</ol>

	<p>
        The information that we obtain will be used only for our research. It will be analyzed anonymously and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your identity 
		and the responses that you can give can never be revealed by design of the experiment.
    </p>
	<p>
        If at any time or for any reason you decide not to participate, you are free to leave whether we have started the experiment or not. If you already know that
		you cannot stay for the entire hour, please let us know immediately.
    </p>
	<p>
        Please do not talk or communicate with other participants during the experiment. Also, please turn off your mobile phone. You can always contact the research
		assistants by raising your hand if you have questions or need further explanation.
    </p>
