<p><u>When to collect your payout:</u></p>

<p>Monday to Thursday 09:00-12:00 a.m.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong> Due to the Christmas holidays and the closure of university during this time, the office will be closed from December 19, 2025, to January 13, 2026. During this time period, it will not be possible to collect your payout.</p>

<p><strong>Payout needs to be collected by January 29, 2026.</strong> Any payouts not collected by that time will be donated to Aktion Deutschland hilft e.V. </p>
<p><u>What to bring:</u></p>

<p>To collect your payout, please bring a valid <strong>(student) ID</strong> that includes a picture of you. In addition, the following information is required:</p>
