        You and an exchange partner will negotiate how to split 10 points. Taking turns, one participant will offer a division of the 10 points, and the other participant can choose whether to accept the offer or to reject it. Whenever an agreement is reached, both will receive their agreed upon number of points.
    </p>
    <p>
        For example, suppose there is a player A and a player B. If A offers a division of the 10 points where A receives 7 points and B receives 3 points, and B accepts this division, then A will receive 7 points, and B will receive 3 points. If B rejects A's offer, then both A and B will receive 0 points in that round. Either way, in the next round, B will make an offer, and A will decide whether to accept or reject the offer.

    <p>
        Generally, the more points you get from an agreement, the fewer the other person gets, and the more the other person gets, the fewer you get. Reaching the best agreement for yourself will lead to the maximum number of points for you, and therefore the maximum amount of money.
