       As part of the decision task, you will <strong>first choose among three rental contracts</strong> to offer to the renter.</br>
       <br>Once the renter sees which contract you have offered him, <strong>he will choose one of two actions</strong>.</br>

            As part of the decision task,you will be renting an asset from the owner. Once you receive a contract from the Owner, <strong>you will choose one of two actions</strong>.</br>
            <br>Your choice of action will determine the output you produce using the asset and in turn your <b>net payoffs</b>, after taking your costs into consideration.
