Members can use their 20 points in 2 different ways:
1. Keep
Members can decide to Keep some or all of their points.
The points that members Keep are for themselves and converted into money.
However, it can happen that members in Position A take all the points that members in Position Z decided to Keep.
This depends on how many points are invested in the Challenge pool by both groups’ members and will be explained below and on the next pages.
2. Challenge pool
Each group has a Challenge pool.
Instead of Keeping points, members can decide to invest some or all of their points in their group’s Challenge pool.
The total number of points that is invested in each groups’ Challenge pool determines whether:
- the members in Position A successfully challenge (
) the members in Position Z (i.e., take the points that the members in Position Z decided to Keep).
- or if the members in Position Z successfully prevent (
) the members in Position A from taking their points.
The points that members invest in the Challenge pool are not converted into money.
That is, all points invested in the Challenge pool are spent and do not count towards members’ final payout.
