Economically, both Idemore and Vadare have comparable levels of GDP last reported at approximately 1.3 trillion USD. Vadare benefits from rich deposits of oil and rare earth minerals found within its territory.
Both Vadare and Idemore are co-dependent in terms of trade. Vadare imports most of its of agricultural goods from Idemore to feed its population. Idemore, in comparison, depends on oil imports from Vadare to fuel its industries.
Politically, Vadare has a democratically elected government with a president as the head of state. The President of Vadare is the chief of the armed forces and is the final authority with respect to foreign policy.
Geographically, both Vadare and Idemore share a common mountainous border that is approximately 5,000 KM in length. Its capaital, Cinre, is 2,000 KM north of the border. Zhol, the capital of Idemore is also of similar distance. The countries surrounding Vadare and Idemore have lucrative trade deals with both countries though are not as economically developed. For instance, the country north of Vadare, Norteguay, is politically unstable and is a known hotbed for crime.
