Welcome to a new stage of the experiment.
You will divide a cake against 1 human player using the "bargaining" procedure.
Your opponent and you will take turns playing the role "proposer" and "responder".
The proposer will cut the cake and the responder decides whether to accept this cut.
If accepted, payoffs will be distributed accordingly;
if not, you will switch the role with your opponent and play for another round.
If no agreement is made after 6 rounds, you will get a random payoff between 0 and 120.
You will start by playing the "proposer".
The other human player and the toppings of the cake remain constant during these rounds.
The instructions of the procedure are described in the next page.
Read them carefully because the payment you will receive depends on you decisions.
You can also exchange your ideas about how to divide the cake with your opponent using the chat window.
