<p>Your payoff (which is separate from your ${{Constants.base_pay}} USD payment for participating in the study) consists of the sum of four payoff components depending on whether you are a more active or less active manager, your reporting choice, and whether your report was selected for an audit.</p>

<p><u>Four payoff components:</u></p>

<ol>
<li><strong>Salary</strong><br /><br />You receive a salary of <u>{{Constants.salary}} <em>Lira</em></u>.<br /></li>

<li><strong>Personal cost</strong><br /><br />
If you are a more active manager, then you incur a personal cost of <u>{{Constants.cost_high}} <em>Lira</em></u>.  If you are a less active manager, then you incur a personal cost of <u>{{Constants.cost_low}} <em>Lira</em></u>.<br /></li>

<li><strong>Bonus</strong><br /><br />
If you report high earnings, then you receive a bonus of <u>{{Constants.bonus}} <em>Lira</em></u> unless your report is selected for an audit and your division’s actual earnings are low. If you report low earnings, then you do not receive a bonus.<br /></li>

<li><strong>Penalty</strong><br /><br />
If you report high earnings when your division’s actual earnings are low <em>and</em> your report is selected for an audit, then you must pay a penalty of <u>{{Constants.penalty}} <em>Lira</em></u> and you do not receive a bonus.  If you report high earnings when your division’s actual earnings are high, then you do not pay a penalty whether your report is audited or is not audited.<br /></li>
