Now, you are randomly selected to be the Manager of your group, and your partner is the Assistant of the group. Using the 5-scale below, please indicate how much you want to choose the tournament payment scheme for your group. Your partner will also be asked this same question. 

Your choice or your partner's choices will be randomly selected to be the final choice of your group. 

Example: If you choose 0, and your choice is randomly selected as your group's choice, piece rate will be implemented; If you choose 1, and your choice is randomly selected as your group's choice, then the probability of entering the tournament will be 20% (i.e., 80% of probability to use piece rate); if you choose scale 2, the probability of entering the tournament will be 40%. Scale 5 means entering tournament for sure.
