Your role is the <b>  Manager</b>.

    <li>There are <b> 5 workers </b> in your company and <b> 1 manager</b>. The workers carry out
        the work tasks and the manager performs executive duties.</li>
    <li>All workers know you only by the name of Manager.</li>
    <li>There is no communication between the workers.</li>
    <li>There will be at least <b>4 rounds</b> of work tasks. After round 4 , the work
    may stop with some probability.</li>
    <li>In each round, the workers will have <b>{{ C.TIME_LIMIT}} seconds</b> for the work tasks. Each
    work task consists of individual work units. For each completed work unit,
        you will get <b> {{ C.M_MULTIPLIER }} ECU</b> to your pay-off. Each worker earns <b>{{ C.W_MULTIPLIER }} ECU</b> for each
        unit that the worker completes.</li>
    <li>You may observe the number of units completed by all the workers historically after each round.</li>
    <li>From the second round, the workers <b> may experience an issue </b> during the
        completion of the work tasks. The issue is a short-term invisibility of the
        work task. <b> All workers experience exactly the same conditions</b>. That is,
        if an issue occurs, the workers experience it exactly the same. The issue
        starts for all at the same time and lasts for the same duration.</li>
