    You are part of a group of <u>5 players</u>.<br>

    Imagine four players observe a robbery of a fifth player. The four observers can decide wehther to call the police or not. <u>The victim can not do anything in the situation and competely depends on the decisions of the four observers.</u>
    <br>
    If <strong>nobody</strong> calls the police,the observers get a payout of <strong>0</strong>. <br>
    <br>
