<b>Performance Evaluation</b><br><br>

Player B just finished the self-assessment. For this self-assessment, Player B could choose among three different performance levels (2 – very low; 5 – average; 9 – very high). <br><br>We ask you to provide your overall performance evaluation of Player B for all three possible scenarios. This means you must provide a performance evaluation and explanation in case Player B assigned his-/herself a score of 2 – very low, 5 – average, and 9 – very high. <br><br>Depending on which one of those self-assessment levels Player B truly gave his-/herself, Player B will then receive your evaluation and explanation for that scenario.<br><br>

<b>Remember, your performance evaluation and explanation will automatically be sent to Player B (anonymously) at the end of today’s session. As this is done via the computer system, we guarantee that Player B will not learn who you are.</b><br><br>
