The overall performance evaluation and explanation for the evaluation will be given to Player B at the end of today’s session.
With a certain probability, the Player A/B dyad must walk over to the room next door, where Player A reads out loud the performance evaluation score and explanation she/he provided to Player B. In that case, Player B not only learns the evaluation and explanation, but also from which person Player B was evaluated.
If the dyad is not selected for that procedure, the performance evaluation and explanation will simply be sent to Player B via the computer screen.
Compensation
Player A receives the fixed wage of 8 EUR for participating in this study. Player B also receives the fixed wage of 8 EUR for participating in this study. Additionally, Player B receives a 2 EUR bonus payment if the assessment they received from Player A was in the Top 25 percent of today’s session.
