<p>In many ways, Stage 2 is like Stage 1.</p>

        <li>Investors will choose whether or not to invest their endowment in an investment opportunity.</li>
        <li>The five Investors in each group will again receive no information about the quality of the investment opportunity. Instead, they will receive a message from the Advisor, either “Invest” or “Keep”. All Investors will see the same message from their group’s Advisor before making their investment decisions.</li>
        <li>The conversion rate of ECU to dollars remains $1 per 25 ECU.</li>
