<p>1. The game will be played in blocks, with each block comprising 5 rounds. Each round will consist of a decision
    made by the Red Player (to send an accurate or inaccurate message) and a decision made by you (to believe,
    insure, or avert risk). Each game will contain multiple blocks.</p>
<p>2. <b>In round 1 of each block</b>, the computer may or may not disclose the accuracy of the message sent to you by the Red Player.
<p>3. Thereafter, you will have to decide to either believe, insure, or avert-risk. This decision will mark the end of the round.</p>
