In each period, you will choose one of eleven work levels. The levels are simply labeled 0 through 10. The choice screen in each period looks like this: {% formfield player.wlp %} Please choose a work level to become familiar with the interface. Note that unlike in the 10 periods of the actual session, the work level selected on this page has no associated payoff and your selection does not matter.

Each work level comes with a reward and a cost. Your payoff each period is equal to the reward associated with your work level choice, minus the cost (in Lira). Higher work levels connect to higher reward amounts, but also have higher costs, according to the following table:
