<p>You may remeber someone from our team at the University of Cape Town and of Oxford interviewing you a few months ago about your experience with YES. To remind you, we are conducting research on the experiences of youth in work internships.</p>
<p>I would like to speak to you about your experiences since the last time you spoke to someone on our team. This will take between 5 and 15 minutes. As a thank you for your time we will send you a <strong>ZAR10</strong> airtime voucher within this week.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Before we begin, I want to give you some information that is important for you to understand before we proceed with the interview. This will take about 2 minutes, and then we can begin.</strong> <br />&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="">Participating is completely voluntary and you can refuse to answer any questions or stop the interview at any time.&nbsp;</li>
<li aria-level="">Whether or not you agree to the interview will not affect your relationship with your employer or with YES in any way. This is because the researchers are from the universities and are independent from YES and your employer.&nbsp;</li>
<li aria-level="">We will do everything we can to keep your information confidential. Only members of our research team will be able to link your personal details, such as your name and cell phone number, to the answers you give me today.&nbsp;</li>
<li aria-level="">All data we collect is encrypted and securely stored on overseas servers.</li>
<li aria-level="">Our research team may contact you in future to ask you additional questions about your experiences.</li>
</ul>

<p>We&rsquo;ll send you an email with all the information I&rsquo;ve just given you, as well as our contact information. </p>
