Information for cartel members.

Since all market participants voted 'Yes', you are now member of a cartel.

This means that you will be able to communicate with your competitors during the quantity setting stage of the game. The cartel will be considered active, and the chat remain available, until it is discovered by the competition authority or the game ends.

While it allows for communication, the cartel is illegal. Every round, there is a 15% chance that your cartel is discovered and fined by the competition authority.

Each cartel member will be fined based on the {profit/revenue/quantity} they made in the previous round.
