<p>
    You are informed that the Ministry of Public Affairs is announcing lucrative construction projects. The CEO decides that the company will participate in this open tender. 
</p> 

<p>
    You will be asked to make 5 decisions in this part. <b> You will be assigned as a {{C.FIRM_ROLE}} in different divisions. </b> Which means that in every round you will make decision for a different division.  </p>

<p>
    In every round, we will ask you to make your decision as if you would make the decision 10 times. Specifically, we will ask you how many times out of 10 would you directly transfer the private payment to the official. For the outcome of the round, we will randomly pick one out of those 10 choices to determine your actual decision. That means that if you choose to transfer the private payment 5 times out of 10, there is a 5/10 chance that you actually transfer the private payment and a 5/10 chance that you do not.

<p>
     Remember that, <b>in part 1 your decisions are only known by you and your associated partner.</b> There is <b> no government audit</b> in this part. In addition, in each of the decisions you make, you will be randomly associated with another participant in the role of the {{C.OFFICIAL_ROLE}} of the Ministry of Public Affairs responsible for a particular construction or procurement contract. Your earnings in every round will be partly dependent on that official's decision.
