The Ministry of Public Affairs is responsible for preparing and implementing government policy related to transport and infrastructure, and regional development. The Ministry has three directorate generals: the Directorate General of Transport, Directorate General of Infrastructure and the Directorate General of Regional Development. The Directorate General of Regional Development coordinates four regional offices: South, West, East, and North.

The structure of the Ministry of Public Affairs is as followed:

Over the past decade, you have worked for the Directorate General of Regional Development, where you were assigned to all four regional offices - South, West, East, and North. During your time in these offices, you had a pleasant experience, quickly adapting to new environments due to the similarities in age and hobbies shared by your colleagues.

Your placement in all four regional offices provided you with excellent opportunities for both professional and social networking. You attended professional training sessions together with your colleagues, but you also often joined them for karaoke or a special stand-up comedy show put on by a retired Michelin-starred chef. Interacting with unexpected people and sharing good times with those who share your passions was truly an unforgettable experience.

You have been performing well for more than 10 years under the Directorate General of Regional Development, which resulted in your promotion to head official.

As part of the ministerial policy, before another assignment in other regions, a head official will spend a year in Directorate General Office. During your placement in the Directorate General Office, The Minister of Public Affairs announces an open tender for lucrative construction project. This big project will be divided into smaller construction and procurement contracts that will be handled by the head officials assigned in different regions.
