Each line of the business has a division manager. Global Inc. has one headquarter office and four regional offices: South, West, East, and North.

You have been performing well at Global Inc. for more than 10 years, which resulted in your promotion to division manager.
As part of the company policy, before another assignment in the regional office, every managerial position will spend a year in the headquarter office. During your placement in the headquarter office, The Ministry of Public Affairs announces an open tender for a lucrative construction project. This big project will be divided into smaller construction and procurement contracts that will be handled by the head officials assigned to different regions. The CEO decides that the company will participate in this open tender. The CEO asks division managers of the four regional offices (South, West, North and East) to pursue these government contracts.
