                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner challenges Ext.P11 order by which the Pollution Control Board has refused his application for renewal of consent. Ext.P11 is appealable under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Writ petition is disposed of reserving the liberty of the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.
