       The respondent has filed a complaint before the

JMFC Sihora with regard to offence under Sections 44 & 45 A of the Air and Water Act, and under Section 37, 38 & 39 of the Pollution Control Act. The petitioner placed reliance on a report of Under Secretary Department of Mining Government of MP dated 26.3.2016, wherein it is found that the overburden found in the mining complex was not due to illegal mining but because of accumulation of iron ore waste.

The proceeding in Criminal Case No.680/2012 pending before the JMFC, Sihora shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.

Issue notice to Respondent by Dusti service, process fee within three days.
