The petition has been filed by petitioner-Shree Bala Ji Stone Crusher Company for directing the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (respondents No.4 and 5) to grant consent to establish/No Objection Certificate under Sections 25 and 26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to the unit of the petitioner, which it is stated has fulfilled all the requirements.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that necessary consent to establish/No Objection Certificate has been granted and, therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and he may be allowed to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
